These Terms of Service apply to your use of the HUSH online store and purchases from HUSH. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean HUSH. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location to place an order. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
We aim to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear different depending on your screen. Availability can change. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Product descriptions do not constitute medical advice or a guarantee of a particular health or sleep outcome.
The product price, currency and any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Review your order carefully before submitting it. We may need to decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error or suspected fraud. If this happens after payment, we will notify you and refund the cancelled items and any associated charges. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly at marckyether@gmail.com with your order number. We will try to help, but changes or cancellation may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains our 30-day return window for unopened, unused products, return shipping costs and how we handle damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us before sending a return; we provide the appropriate return instructions and address privately.
Store content belongs to HUSH or its respective owners and licensors. You may use it for personal shopping purposes; these terms do not grant rights to reproduce it commercially without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and handled when you visit the store, contact us or make a purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights, remedies or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Updates apply going forward and do not remove rights relating to an order already placed.
