You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.
Email marckyether@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address privately after approving your request. Please contact us before sending anything back.
You are responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping for an issue we are responsible for. We may resolve the issue without requiring a physical return.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used nasal devices are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, or after reviewing your claim if no return is required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
